Taiji styles

In the 18th century other styles were derived from the original Chen style. The most well known ones are Yang, Wu and Sun. Common in the training for all these taiji schools are relaxation, slow natural circle or spiral-like movements, the Yin/Yang principle and the use of the internal power. In all taiji schools short versions of the taiji forms have been created to help the beginners to get started easier.
